Our online store is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Note that we do not have a retail location for pick-up but we ship all orders from within the USA. We attempt to respond to all questions within 24-48 hours (if not much sooner).
We ship most orders via UPS Ground. For major metropolitan areas, delivery time is about 3 days after it leaves our facilities (plus production time). Larger orders may need to be shipped via freight.
We accept all major credit cards, Google Payments, Apple Pay and PayPal.
Since most items are custom made to order, we do not accept returns (under most circumstances). It is critical the file you send us, what you design online or the proof we send you (if requested) does not contain any errors. If there is a problem with an order being damaged, we will replace with identical items.
Yes! All of our pricing is based off the customer purchasing in bulk. You will see with most items there will be a discount on the product the more you buy.
